Where is Verdi Executive RV & Boat Storage located?
The address of Verdi Executive RV & Boat Storage is 310 Gold Ranch Road, Verdi, NV 89439. It is located next to Gold Ranch Casino on the California and Nevada border. It is accessible by either Exit 1 or Exit 2 off I-80W and Exit 2 off I-80E.
What are the office hours?
Monday - Saturday, from 10 AM to 4 PM. Feel free to stop in or give us a call at (775) 848-8448.
What are the gate hours?
You can access your stored vehicle, boat, or other property daily from 5 AM to 10 PM.
What are the storage terms?
We require a $200 refundable security deposit upon move in, in addition to the prorated amount of the first month (and the full amount of the second if you move in after the 20th). When you move out (with 10 days notice) we refund your security deposit and any unused rent for that month. All of our leases are month-to-month
Are your storage bays drive thru?
Yes, we have 60' and 75' pull thru spaces. Other spaces in the facility are designed to either back in or pull in, depending on your RV type or trailer.
Can I do maintenance onsite?
Yes, routine work is permitted onsite. If you are looking for someone to do the work for you, we have a list of preferred vendors and contractors that can perform the work onsite. We make it easy to winterize and dewinterize onsite! Mechanical work, involving things such as brakes, engines, and oil are not permitted
What are Gear Vaults?
We do not offer mini storage to the general public, but if you are storing your RV or Boat with us, you have to opportunity to rent a gear vault (of various sizes) to store items such as bikes, grills, inflatables, and those things you bring with you on an adventure but don't want to bring home.
Are reservation deposits refundable?
We no longer take reservation deposits. We can hold a space for up to 10 days before we make it available again
How do I pay my storage bill?
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID, in addition to the VIN number and current insurance policy for what you are storing.
What items am I not allowed to store?
While many facilities have an age restriction on RV's and boats, we realize many of you may have classic Airstreams or restored campers. While we are happy to store older, well loved items, we do not permit art cars or novelty cars, RV's that are not in good working condition. Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids are also not permitted.
Can I put more than one item in my space?
Absolutely! Many of our members keep a 20 foot boat and a 23 foot trailer, or a similar combination, in a 45' space. We also have 60' and 75' spaces available.
Can I leave my vehicle in my space if I go on a trip?
Yes, as long as you can provide proof of ownership/registration, you may leave your personal vehicle in place of your motorhome
Do you have wide drive aisles for backing into the spaces?
Yes! All drive aisles are a minimum of 35' wide, giving plenty of room to back in and maneuver. Our spaces are also angled at 60 degrees, giving our members the optimal convenience when backing/pulling in.
